This NGO organization, for the next two years are focused on these major areas:

  • Human Rights and Women’s Dignity
  • Marriage, Family, and Values Education
  • Bridge of Peace (Reconciliation and Healing of Relationships)
  • Women of Spirituality, Healing and Service
  • Leadership of the Heart

And in their state and local chapters are encouraged to organize local service projects according to the needs of people where they live.  Many of the USA Chapters are now actively involved with working to end Human Trafficking and Slavery. They also offer a variety of seminars and workshops that teach practical, research-based relationship skills to people of all ages. Their Interracial Sisterhood Project (ISP) seeks to change the painful history of racial dishonesty by actively leading families and communities to transcend racial lines. and was included in the President’s Initiative  on Race ‘One America in the 21st Century’.  As an NGO they affiliate with other like-minded NGO’S to organize forums at the United Nations on topics of the Eradication of Poverty as well as the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. This year particularly focused on the Violence Against Women. There are many more initiatives, such as: Women of Faith Project, Benefits for the Schools of Africa, Haiti Relief Project, Women’s Middle East Peace Initiative and the Leadership of the Heart. Established in 1992 by Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, who believes that women must play a central role in building families of true love as they are equipped withe God-given capacity to be peacemakers at every level of society.
